Knife gate valve

Knife gate valve is also called knife gate valve and knife type slurry valve. Its opening and closing part is a gate. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The medium is cut off by a blade-shaped gate that can cut fiber materials. The gate has two sealing surfaces. The two sealing surfaces of the most commonly used mode gate valve form a wedge shape. The wedge angle varies with valve parameters, usually 50. The gate of the wedge type knife gate valve can be made into a whole, called rigid gate; can also be made to produce micro deformation of the gate, in order to improve its process, make up for the sealing surface angle in the process of deviation, this kind of gate is called elastic gate.

Key words:

Diaphragm valve

Diaphragm valve is a special form, with a cut-off function of the valve, its grudge closed by the steel valve and soft material (rubber and fluoroplastic composite) made of diaphragm, and the valve body cavity and valve cover cavity separated, in order to achieve the purpose of cutting off the pipe medium.

Key words:

Y-type filter

Y-type filter is an indispensable filtering device for the pipeline system of the medium. Y-type filter is usually installed at the inlet end of the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium. To protect the normal use of valves and equipment. The Y-type filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, low resistance and convenient sewage discharge.

Key words:

Soft seal gate valve

Soft sealing gate valve is the replacement product of traditional gate valve. It uses the compensation effect of elastic gate plate to produce micro deformation to achieve good sealing effect. The valve has significant advantages such as light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life. It can be widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, food, electric power, medicine, metallurgy, textile, energy system and other fluid pipelines as regulating and intercepting devices.

Key words:

Globe valve

The cut-off valve is used to cut off the flow of the medium. The stem axis of the cut-off valve is perpendicular to the sealing surface of the valve seat, and the cut-off is carried out by driving the up and down of the valve core. Globe valves can be used in most media flow systems. Has been developed to meet the petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, urban construction, chemical and other departments of various uses of various forms of cut-off valve.

Key words:

Flange gate valve

Gate valve refers to the closure (gate) along the channel center line of the vertical direction of the movement of the valve. The gate valve is mainly used for cutting off in the pipeline. Gate valve is a widely used valve. Gate valve in the pipeline can only be used for full opening and full closing blocking, can not be used for adjustment and throttling.

Key words:

Fluorine-lined ball valve

Fluorine ball valve with ordinary ball valve movement structure principle, the use of fluorine plastic lining, shell using investment casting, high strength, smooth appearance, and liquid contact part of all fluorine plastic, so it can be in the range of -20 ℃ ~ 180 ℃ long-term use in any concentration of corrosive pipeline, pipeline work.

Key words:

Flange ball valve

Manual ball valve is by rotating the valve core to make the valve unblocked or blocked. The ball valve switch is light, small in size, can be made into a large diameter, reliable in sealing, simple in structure, and convenient in maintenance. The sealing surface and the spherical surface are often in a closed state, and are not easily eroded by the medium. It is widely used in various industries. The ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline.
