Flat gate valve is a member of the gate valve family, the same as the wedge gate valve; its main function is to control the on-off of the pipeline, rather than regulating the flow of media in the pipeline. Flat gate valve product structure features:
1. The seat of the flat gate valve adopts O-ring seal and floating seat structure with preload force, so that the import and export of the valve are sealed in both directions. And the opening and closing torque of the structure is only that of ordinary valves, which can easily open and close the valve.
2. The valve seat of the flat gate valve adopts inlaid or surfacing stainless steel (or cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy) on the sealing surface, which has double sealing of metal and metal-to-metal, and the sealing surface can remove the dirt of the gate at the same time.
3, metal seal valve, the outside of the valve body with grease injection structure, grease through the grease injection device, valve seat into the valve sealing surface, so that the valve to achieve zero leakage.

5. When the flat gate valve is fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, there is no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned through the hair ball.
6. The flat gate valve adopts a packing structure with self-sealing ability, which does not need frequent adjustment, is extremely light to open and close, and has reliable sealing performance. The stuffing box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure, which has reliable sealing performance and truly achieves zero leakage. Solve the problem that the general valve packing is easy to leak.
7. When the flat gate valve is closed, the high pressure in the inner cavity can be automatically removed to ensure the safety of use.
8, fully enclosed structure, good protection performance, can adapt to all-weather requirements.
9. The valve is equipped with an indicator rod or observation window to indicate the opening and closing of the valve.
