There are many ways to operate the valve. In the era of automation, electric valves are used more in pipelines. They can be operated remotely, connected with electrically controlled switches, or regulated or explosion-proof according to working conditions.
When the electric valve is closed, there is some medium residue in the valve body and a certain pressure. Before overhaul the electric valve, close the stop valve in front of the electric valve, open the ball valve to be overhauled, and completely release the internal pressure of the valve body. If it is an electric ball valve or electric valve, the power supply and air supply should be disconnected first.
If the electric valve is cleaned, the solvent used must not conflict with and corrode the parts to be cleaned. If it is a special ball valve for gas, it can be cleaned with gasoline. Other parts are generally flushed with reclaimed water. When cleaning, clean the residual dust, oil and other attachments. If it cannot be cleaned with water, it can be cleaned with alcohol and other cleaning agents without damaging the valve body and parts. After cleaning, wait for the cleaning agent to completely evaporate before assembling.

The ball valve shall be rainproof, waterproof and moisture-proof when stored, and the flange cover shall be tightly covered.
