In the field of use, many often not because of the quality of the control valve itself caused, but on the control valve device caused by improper use, such as the device environment, device orientation and direction is not appropriate or the pipeline is not clean and other reasons. Therefore, the electric control valve in the device should pay attention to the following aspects:
The control valve belongs to the field instrument, the ambient temperature should be -25~60 ℃ scale, relative humidity ≤ 95%. If the device is in the open air or high temperature occasions, should take waterproof, cooling measures. Where there is a source, keep away from the source or add anti-vibration measures.
⑵ The regulating valve should generally be straight and can be skewed under special circumstances. If the skewed viewpoint is large or the valve itself is too heavy, the valve should be protected by supporting parts.
(3) The pipeline of the regulating valve of the device should not be too high from the ground or floor. When the height of the pipeline is greater than 2 m, the channel should be set as far as possible to facilitate the operation of the handwheel and the maintenance.
(4) Before the regulating valve device, the pipeline should be cleaned to eliminate dirt and welding slag. After the device, in order to ensure that no impurities remain in the valve body, the valve should be cleaned again, that is, all valves should be opened when passing into the medium to avoid impurities stuck. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should be restored to the original neutral position.
(5) In order to make the control valve in the case of failure or maintenance so that the production process can continue, the control valve should be added by-pass pipeline.
Special attention should also be paid to whether the device orientation of the regulating valve meets the requirements of the process.
