Faults and inspection methods of solenoid valves

Solenoid valve fault will directly affect the switching valve and regulating valve action, the common fault is the solenoid valve does not act, we should be from the following aspects of the investigation:
(1) The solenoid valve connector is loose or the thread head falls off. The solenoid valve shall not be powered and the thread head can be fastened.
(2) The solenoid valve coil is burned out. The wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If it is open, the solenoid valve coil is burned out.
The reason is that the coil is affected with damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic leakage, forming excessive current in the coil and burning, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction force is not enough to burn the coil. Urgent processing, the manual button on the coil from the normal work of the "0" to the "1" position, so that the valve open.
(3) solenoid valve stuck. The clearance between the spool sleeve and the spool of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm), and it is generally installed in a single piece. When there is too little mechanical impurity or lubricating oil, it is very simple to get stuck. The treatment method can be used to poke the steel wire from the small hole in the head to make it rebound. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the spool and spool sleeve, with CCI4 cleaning, making the spool in the valve sleeve action sensitive. When disassembling, pay attention to the installation sequence and external wiring orientation of each component, so as to reinstall and wire correctly, and check whether the oil spray hole of the oil mist device is blocked and whether the lubricating oil meets the requirements.
(4) Air leakage. Air leakage will form insufficient air pressure, making the opening and closing of the forced valve difficult, because the sealing gasket is damaged or the slide valve is worn to form several cavities.
In dealing with the switching system of the solenoid valve fault, should choose the appropriate opportunity, such as the solenoid valve in the loss of power when processing, if in a switching gap can not be completed, the switching system is suspended, calm treatment.
