Carefully check each part for any shortcomings. Check whether the strength of the valve body is normal by water pressure test; check the fit between the valve seat and the valve body and the closing part and the sealing ring, and also carry out a tightness test; check the thread wear of the valve stem and the valve stem bushing; check the sealing ring of the closing part and the valve body; check the surface of the valve cover to remove burrs; check the joint surface of the valve.
Repair high function pneumatic control valve. Weld to repair defects and replace sealing ring or surfacing sealing surface; For the valve body and the newly replaced sealing ring, as well as the connection between surfacing metal and valve body, carry out tightness test; Trim the valve joint surface; Grind the sealing surface.
Repair closing parts. Welding to repair defects or surfacing sealing ring; car light or grinding sealing surface to repair filling chamber. Check and trim the packing chamber; trim the gland and the cone at the bottom of the packing chamber. Replace parts that cannot be corrected. When the pneumatic control valve maintenance process is completed, it will be assembled. Pneumatic control valve for the whole valve hydraulic test inspection. Paint the surface of the pneumatic control valve and re-mark it as previously recorded.
