100X remote control float valve
1. Product overview
100X remote control float valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple functions. Installed at the water inlet of a pool or elevated water tower. When the water level reaches the set height, the main valve is controlled by the floating ball pilot valve to close the water inlet and stop water supply; when the water level drops, the main valve and the float switch control to open the water inlet. The pool is filled with water to realize automatic replenishment.
Working principle: When the pipeline feeds water from the water inlet, since the needle valve, ball valve, and float valve are normally open, the water enters the pool through the micro filter, needle valve, control room, ball valve, and float valve. At this time, the control room is not formed. Pressure, the main valve opens, and the water tower (pool) supplies water. When the water surface of the water tower (pool) rises to the set height, the float ball floats to close the float valve, the water pressure in the control room rises, and the main valve is pushed to close, and the water supply stops. When the water level drops, the float valve opens again, the water pressure in the control room drops, and the main valve opens again to continue water supply, maintaining the set height of the liquid level.
