1. Product Overview
V-shaped ball valve is a kind of ball valve. Its closing part is a V-shaped opening on a hemisphere. The V-shaped opening has a sharp cutting edge. During the rotation of the ball, there is a wiping effect between the closing parts and has a strong cutting force on the medium. The V-shaped opening of the ball and the valve seat form a fan-shaped area. During the rotation, the cross-sectional area of the flow channel can be changed to form an accurate adjustment of the medium, it is a kind of angle rotary control valve, its sealing performance is the same as that of ordinary ball valve, so that it has two functions of adjustment and switch at the same time. It is widely used in industrial process automatic control system with pneumatic or electric actuator.

1, valve body integral structure: wafer type and flange type V type ball valve body are the whole side mounted structure, the structure is rigid, not easy to cause deformation and leakage.
2. Upper and lower self-lubricating bearings: The upper and lower self-lubricating bearings are installed in the valve body, which have large contact area with the valve stem, high carrying capacity, and small friction coefficient, which reduces the torque of the valve.

The valve seat can select metal hard seal or PTFE soft seal according to the needs of medium and working conditions: hard alloy is surfacing on the sealing surface of the metal hard seal valve seat, hard chromium plating on the spherical surface or hardening treatment such as spray welding and ion nitriding, so as to enhance the service life of the sealing surface and improve the temperature resistance. Soft sealing PTFE valve seat or reinforced PTFE valve seat has good sealing, corrosion resistance and wide application range.
4, economic and practical: the valve body light weight, stem torque is small, with pneumatic or electric actuator corresponding specifications small, compared with other types of control valve, cost-effective.
5, the medium to adapt to a wide range: due to the V-shaped opening and the valve seat between the shear force, and the smooth and round flow of the valve cavity, the medium is not easy to accumulate in the cavity, so it is not only suitable for liquid medium, but also more suitable for system control with fiber and solid particle medium.
